INVESTMENT CASTING

We have established a network of state-of-the-art investment casting foundries capable of silica sol precision casting process, compound process and water glass process. With quality system in strict compliance with ISO 9001:2008, and/or certified to PED, API, CE or IATF16949 where applicable, they can manage the complete integration from tool design and development, solidification modeling, through wax pattern modeling, casting, machining, heat treatment, follow-up surface finishing process and non-destructive QA testing. 

Our main products include valve bodies, pump parts, intricate designs, discs, bonnets, adapters, housings, gears, linkages, and hand wheels.

Main Casting Equipment: intermediate frequency furnace, wax injection press, robotic dipping system,

Main Testing Device: spectrometer, impact test machine, hardness tester, hydrostatic tester, X-Ray and magnetic particle, CMM.
