We offer open die forging, close die forging, rolled rings etc. Our forgings are produced from high quality stock, including alloy steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and more. If requested, your forgings undergo heat treating service or rough machining, leaving allowance for your finished dimensions. Products include valve bodies, discs, bonnets, adapters, housings, gears, linkages, shafts, rings, blocks, bars, and hubs produced to your requirements and specifications.

Main Forging Equipment: mechanical press, hydraulic press, screw press.

Main Inspection Device: spectrometer, metallurgical microscope, carbon sulfur analyzer, NDT (UT/PT/MT/X-ray), tensile test machine, hardness tester, Charpy V-Notch impact test.
